"Buggar" - an offensive adjective, a derogatory name for the disgusting, obtuse, and very vulgar people. Nevertheless, today Bulgars even think that it's an ethnicity! Macedonians, Serbs, Croats, Bosnians, Slovenes, English, Americans - all grammatically and correctly call them "Bugar(s)". Anglicized: "Buggar/Bugger" - a simple man, a fool; from Latinized form of 'Vulgar'.
