Bichwanna means in a shorter version "This Bitch Wanna Get Hurt" it's the word you shout when some girl tries to embarrass you in front of your other girls, therefore, when the Alpha gurl shouts Bichwanna it means she's done taking that other bitch's comments, ending with a slap on the bitch's face.
