An effect on the head of the penis from excessive and/or overly vigorous masturbation, in which a blood vessel bursts and blood leaks within the head of the penis causing discomfort for days. Very much like a CVA (cerebral vascular accident) or stroke, however more accurately described as a PVA (penile vascular accident)
