Splenthol was discovered in Bethlehem, Pa in early 2011. A splenthol is a hybrid fusion of a spliff, and a menthol cigarette. When one removes the filter from a Menthol Crush and uses this as a filter for a spliff it produces a minty fresh sensation combined with all the wonders of marijuana. This tasty combination results in the creation of a Splenthol.
