The words speak for themselves, there can not be many things on our planet as ugly or as smelly or as dirty or a chubby as a pigs cunt!
Best used in confrontational situations to maimise its full affect. Example:"Your nothing but a pigz cunt", lets people know you think they are ugly and overweight as well as having a lack of personnel hygiene, all this with just two words.
