Half puppy half man. He sneaks into houses and night and watches people sleep. He wears old professional sports apparel that has the likeness of North Carolina teams: Carolina Panthers, Hornets, Hurricanes, etc.
Additionally he enjoys drinking coffee at the sports bar and talking to his invisible puppy. He sits in a booth by himself and no one who works there interacts with him but he always has a full cup of coffee.

A man who chooses to live off of the grid and can be see time from time buying every toy out of the gum-ball machines in grocery stores.
He roams around town and is often seen on the side of the road multiple times during a car ride seemingly having teleported as there is no other way he could have traveled such distances or have uncanny timing to always just happen to be where you are driving by.
