1. A wedgie so intense and yanked up so high that the victim gets a feces streak and/or stain in the rear of his/her underpants. 2. One step up from the infamous "Atomic Wedgie."

Ron picked Steve up three feet in the air by the waisteband of his underwear! Talk about a fudgie!
