Stands for Dirty Horny Boys. There are thousands of these groups around the US. It's a club for guys who are trying to get some... only from girls though. It's the responsibility of every other guy in the group to be another member's wingman if need be. Every member must have a nickname.
Dude that DHB in Chicago is getting all those chicks... except for Chalupa (nickname) he's had to be the wingman the last 4 times.
