When actively pooping and a segment of your feces is too dense and of increasing diameter so that you begin to panic as your rectum struggles to dilate wide enough to pass the shit dildo aka “shildo”. Usually occurs due to eating too much fat and protein in a meal.

I almost fainted from the shildo I just passed in the bathroom.
