The state of being wasted. i.e. shwazy. Drunk beyond the point of cognitive responses.

Other usage: 'on the wocks'- "kevin is totally on the wocks, he's spitting game at every girl he sees."

Jeff has taken shot after shot becoming more wockenfussed than he's ever been. He's shitfaced.
