Means anger ,fury passion ,contempt, refusal, personal hostilities,( the feeling of these make a person feel "ire". ) as I understand it to be used in Rastafarian terms. I belive its from the Latin for anger.

Aye Mon I see that fat dude again today!; He make me ire aye.
