A common greeting or term of endearment in the Australian vernacular, which can, however be derogatory depending on the context.

Despite it's origins it is not regularly considered as a sexist remark.

"Hey cunt hows it going?"
or
"Fuckin, that dude is a sick cunt."
or
"I hate that cunt."
