Twinkie

An action where a male ejaculates into a female's nose. He then squeezes the sperm out of her nose by rubbing two fingers from the bridge of her nose to the tip. The sperm ends up in the female's mouth.

"Shannon and I were fooling around last night and she let me give her the twinkie."
