An abbreviation for "I'm not okay," a term overused by emo kids everywhere. Not only is it overpopular, it is also misunderstood. For instance, it is usually taken to mean suicide or worse, but nowadays cheap teenie plastics use it as an excuse for pretty boys to feel sorry for them.
