Puppy Flapjack 

A sexual position used by cross country/track runners where a guy give a girl a cream pie while in doggy-style and the girl uses the male's ball-sack to "sponge" up the sperm, she then proceeds to eat the ball-sack like a flapjack.

Guy- "C'mon baby let me cum in you."
Girl- "Ok, but let me puppy flapjack you."
