Typically used when a person in a video game is mad and rage-quits or when you roast someone

and they also get mad

Also used when you do something wrong to your friend and they just decide to jokingly say it.

Person 1: "Thats why your fatherless, haha noob"

Person 2: "Shut up, go kys" *logs off*
