Texas Milker 

While forming a tri-pod with your thumb, fore-finger and middle-finger, you will strip the clothes off your male friend and bend his legs up over his head, while your other friend hold his arms at a 'T' position (Hence Texas) - in this position, you will 'milk' your friends genetails balls and all until one of you laughs uncontrollably and looses the nerve to continue

Because he was drunk, Tom received the worst Texas Milker I ever saw!
