(noun) One man trapped in the middle of two other men showing their manginas.

(verb) To trap someone between you and another man while the both of you show the person in the middle your manginas. Synchronized dancing while doing it can also be added.

(noun) I was trapped in a manwich by two drunk guys.

(verb) Hey, let's manwich the only guy who is trying to help the super drunk guy. **notation - The other person to administer the manwich is the super drunk guy that was being helped b/c he drank too much**
