BMW is a colloquial phrase used by able bodied, working, and responsible African American or sufficiently informed women of other ethnicities that describes African, African American, or Mixed Race men of African descent who have a regular job. It is a positive term used to differentiate men who are gainfully employed and men who a experiencing unemployment.
