A Fuck Boy is a man who has been sentenced to prison time and becomes a female within the walls of the prison. The Real definition of a "Fuck Boy" has been distorted and lost through time. Everyone thinks it means being mean or an asshole type of person but in reality its a man who becomes a bitch in prison. That is why this is a very good name to call someone you hate. Its worst then being called an asshole.
