OMKV stands for Odu Maire Kandam Vazhi (which is a phrase in Malayalam Language). Literally means, "Get Lost you mutherfucker". Coined by a facebook group( Fan Fight Club FFC™ ) admin named Ashwanth Kok who is a well known motherfucking memelord and shitposting nigguh from Kerala.
