This word, with many different spellings, is a substitute for "Hello, what are you doin?" used mainly by the youth of England (mainly private school kids, and "gansta's" in state school education) to sound like hard, old Jamaican drug dealers. Meaning: "What is going on?" (i.e. a replacement for sup (what is up?))

wigwom

a person who doesn't maintain their appearance (doesn't shave and/or has long hair and/or smells bad). also, a person who is a party animal and acts mentally challenged. another version of a wigwom is just that one friend you have that's weird and you love him/her to death but you can't ever think of anything else to call him/her. can also just be used for an animal such as a small fury dog or a crazy kitty cat that's not well groomed.

we went to a party the other night and this wigwom was hanging from the ceiling fan.

i used to date a wigwom and he never cut his hair or brushed it.
