Commonly mistaken for the similar, but not as cool word, Plyometrics.

A type of exercise using explosive movements to develop muscular power, ie. mario jumps, butt kicks, cowboys, grapevines.

The art of Plyrometrics requires years of mastery. This can only be accomplished my studying under the ultimate plyrometric baller, Firehair.

How did you find this combination? that's beside the point. On a Dvorak Keyboard, you input the letters above the home row, first, then the last, and you continue into you make it into a structure.

Example:

Person 2: "are you good?"
