An entire month were an individual is drunk from October 1st until Halloween. It is like no-shave-November; but instead of not shaving for a month, you must not stop drinking for an entire month.
October is my favorite month because of Halloween, it's mid fall season (the best season), and because it's Octnotsober month! Not sober for all of October!
