Merkage Basin 

A large area that drains the merkage within a certain set area, eventually forming a set radius where one accumulates a catastrophical amount of wins, high enough to therefore create a merkage basin. Thus giving the one the ability to declare his "PRO-ness"

"Oi Joe, i think i created a Merkage Basin!"
