kawaiku nai yo

Pronounced ko-wai-ku-nai, it's Japanese for "not cute" (with the emphatic sentence-ending particle "yo" which can be freely substituted for "zo" or "ze") and is used to mean just that. However, it does not pertain to looks alone. One's thinking or behaviour may also be deemed "not cute."

Note that it is not often used in a sentence, but as a standalone phrase, in and of itself.

Most commonly used by a group of friends calling themselves the Alliance, founded in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Kawaikute Gomen

A kawaii music video made by Japanese musical collective HoneyWorks and singing by Chizuru Nakamura from the multimedia project Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai. It was become very popular in late 2022.

Guy 1: Have you heard a music video called Kawaikute Gomen?
Guy 2: No? I've never heard that music video before? What is it?

Karaikudi 

A city, that lies at the heart of the Chettinad region, in the Southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is famous for the business community of Nattukottai Chettiar's, spicy Chettinad cuisine and a host of educational institutions.

P.Chidambaram, the Minister of Home Affairs, in the Indian Govt, hails from this city.
