This is not saying that you as a person are in a whole sense, stupid. This is just saying, that in that moment, you're so unsure that there is no word to describe it. "Huhawha" - A slang term, believed to have originated in the State of Washington, which has also begun to appear in use on the net in recent years. It's a play on the phrase "huh? and what?". It generally has a meaning along the lines of "Say WHAT?" and implies a questioning sense towards the first speaker as if to say "What the heck are you talking about and why are you telling me that?"

Mike: (Wasn't paying attention) huhawha?

Dan: (out of the blue to Mike) I'll be in the MX23 I just need some of that X-gear then I can run it up there.
