Cards are turned face up clockwise to each person and when patterns are identified someone or multiple people drink. Patterns include but are not limited to the following: suited cards, pairs, runs, aces, literally anything. Patterns include your face up cards as well ans other players cards. The game ends when a buzz is achieved for everyone playing.
