A joke-term that is heard frequently on Joystiq's (PS Fanboy's) official PS Nation podcast. Hosts of the podcast refer to "Chuck's Mom" whenever they are talking about something gross, large, dirty, vulgar, etc.

$25 isn't bad. I paid more for Chuck's Mom.
