The combination of Chips and Onions. Thinly sliced potato and onion mixed together to create possibly THE most amazing food toppings known to man that contains or consists of essential body nutrients, such as carbohydrates.....and that's basically it. It is also said to be an ancient tradition passed down through generations of people who think they can cook on a BBQ, but really have no idea. In turn combining everything that has not cooked properly, and creating something new all-together,then giving it a label.
