To have Bear Hair is to have hair that resembles animal fur on the top of your head. Some people with Bear Hair have been quoted on having an animal mounted to their heads, because their hair is that Bearish.

Jack: So have you seen Owen's Bear Hair, it looks like he has a dead cat on the top of his head.
