Waffle House Test 

The act of placing ones penis on someones face in order to determine if they are too drunk to go to Waffle House.

Jon : Is Spencer too drunk to go to waffle house?
Douglas: I don't know.. lets test him...
Jon: Ok... waffle house test?? (Jon places penis on Spencer's face and as Spencer doesn't respond...) Yeah, he is too drunk.
