Someone who tries to be all for Kobe when he's on top and jump of the bandwagon when he doesn't win the championship.

"Now that the Finals are over, all the Part-Time Kobe Fans went and sold their jerseys on Ebay, so they could go buy Paul Pierce's jersey, just so they can be on his bandwagon for a year, and go buy someone else's jersey after that."
