Just Riding Along -- for bicyclists

I was JRA - when the frame broke - I need a warranty replacement for this bicycle.

Just riding along - A cyclist who claims he/she was just riding along when his/her bicycle suddenly broke, implying no fault on the riders part.

A: "Don't buy a Motobecane, mine snapped in half when I was riding lightly through an intersection."
B: "Just broke in half for no reason? You sound JRA to me."
