A neighborhood in southern Richmond, Virginia that lies south of VCU, or Virginia Commonwealth University. Originally, an industrial, white working class neighborhood, the area has been heavily gentrified with the influx of VCU students living off campus. After Jeff couldn't live on the VCU campus, he moved into an off campus house in Oregon Hill.
