A term to describe funny yet awkward situations. Derived from the combustion of "lol" & "awkward", which were originally shortened to "lawl" and "awk"

It is short for Laughing out loud, awkward."

Guy One: Dude! I was screwing this chick and the other day, right? The only problem is she got turned on when called her Jabba the Hut...
