In the late ninties on the street of central California one-time referred to police coming down the strip, to warn everyone that they were in the vicinity. But One Time meant one police car, two time two police rollin' etc.
"one time rollin' down"

1. "Dude I'm SO sorry I dented the hood of your car while I was banging your girlfriend, but on the bright side... it was probably just one time."
2. "Hey, so ummmm... you and me? Just one time?"
