a completely retarded program, utilized by people who are either too stupid, or too lazy, to figure out how to replace letters with numbers and other characters found on a keyboard
hey guys, instead of taking 2 seconds to figure out which numbers look like which letters, i'm going to google "leet speak generator" and spend unnecessary time and bandwidth looking for a completely un-needed program.
