I think most bisaya people will understand this.

In my understanding it means yes but no
kaaho has a mix of the words kaayo and kalo
kaayo means SO MUCH in bisaya and kalo means CAP

person 1: cute kaayo ko noh

person 2: kaaho
person 1: *awkward smile*
