The act of elbowing a friend or acquaintance in the face following a conversation-killing bad joke while simultaneously shouting "Bad Joke Elbow"

Girl #1: I have a head ache.

Girl #2: More like you have a give-too-much-head ache.

Girl #1: Bad Joke Elbow! (Violently elbows Girl #2 in the face, possibly leading to concussion)
