A woman who acts like a hoe for a personal gain of dubstep tracks or any dubstep related material. Although a dubhoe may have extensive knowledge on the subject of dubstep, It is indescribably important that the following be noted. The knowledge she posses (although impressing) has been gained by her "hoe-ing".
