Panicking hard or unnecessarily hard over something which is trivial, or not a problem at all

Joe: "Why is John running around screaming?"
Sam: "He is worried his bicycle has been stolen"
Joe: "... but its still outside"
Sam: "Yeah but you know him, he is doing a Sabe"
