Unfortunately, this word doesn't actually exist. It is but a mere misspelling of the word 'cutest'.

When someone is being a cutie but "cutest" isn't the right word to describe how cute they are being.

cutiest is when someone is cute or a cutie but you feel as if using 'cute' or 'cutie' is too much of an understatement so you say cutiest.
