An annoying beep sound that probably is tired of censoring cusswords (cuz swords). Lazy by nature unlike the ordinary beeps. Sounds like biyatch with a "hpp" instead of "tch". Often comes at inapproprite times (meaning at different times than the actual cussword(s) it's supposed to be covering
