UPF 

Acronym for "Upper Pubic Fat (unisex)", "Upper Pussy Fat (female)" or "Upper Penis Fat (male)"

This term is used to describe the upper pubic area of one self that has become large enough to shroud the reproductive organs.

Common sightings of UPF are most prevelent in low socio-economic areas, bus stops and fast food chains. UPF sightings also include a high chance of elastic wasted tracksuit being involved with aformentioned UPF distending or overhanging the waistline.

Man, that lady has UPF so bad she could poach a chicken in there.
