Man, that guy was a toothman, he sent me a huge message saying,"I shall rend thy flesh from thy body just as night rend light from day. Your sanity will wane as the moon, day by day, night by night. A satiric allusion to the word "euthanasia" - the act of assisted dying - adapted to mean dental damage inflicted on dental patient.

In this instance means the deliberate destruction of a healthy tooth by an incompetent, destructive dentist.
