Shorthand for tolerance break. Often used in regard to halting cannabis consumption for a temporary amount of time to rebuild tolerance.

Zach: I thought you stopped smoking
Kevin: Nah I just stopped for six months.
Zach: Nice! Good ole Tolly B right there
