Derived from a small town in the US, the silly is most often used as a noun to describe or act as a substitute for anything the speaker desires, but usually refers to something sexual in nature.
"I can't find anything to write with. Go get me a silly."
"Put your clothes in the silly."
"They were doin' the silly last night!"
"Hey baby, wanna go do the silly? Eh eh?"
"What the silly??"
"What in the silly were you thinking?!"

A word often used in a flirty manner or as a substitute for a more serious gesture such as love. Saying "you're so silly" can be used as a substitute to stop yourself from saying "I love you" too early or saying it when both people are not there yet.

silliness is like saying you like or love how silly someone is but putting it into a sentence you’d use silliness.
“ your silliness is my favorite thing about you “
