A colloquial term for cigarette, because of the way it dangles from your mouth when you have dry spit and it sticks to your bottom lip.

A guy on the show Reno 911 who wears very very short/tight pants, is chief of police and is gay (or at least acts gay).

Contrary to popular belief, dangling in hockey is not spectacular stickhandling or deking. A commercial by Nike Hockey doesn't change the definition. A dangle is a burst of speed by the skater to blow by the defenceman. Spinning or putting a puck between a D-man's legs is not a dangle.

Ive never heard this term used to refer to a gay person, Ive only heard it referring to people as the shit. That person is cool or such.
