Gentle Parenting

When a parent practices a lack of parenting and giving the child what it wants when it wants it, and refuses to do anything the child doesn't like or take any advice to help them almost always using this technique as the excuse.
I need to give my child a bath, but he doesn't like it so he doesn't get bathed because I practice GENTLE PARENTING.

Parentaganda

Sensationalist coverage of "trends" happening among teenagers to scare the shit out of their parents. Although occurences of these "trends" are totally infrequent and not really an actual thing in the adolescent community, parentaganda usually results in higher ratings for these slow-news-day reporters and annoying, awkwardly posed questions from concerned parents to their kids.
Mom: "Sweetheart...are you and your boyfriend/girlfriend sexting?"
You: "No mom, thats just a bunch of parentaganda."

Parents: "Son, we need to talk to you about the dangers of choking yourself while masturbating."
You: "OH GOD, NO! WHY, PARENTAGANDA, WHY?!?"

Kobe Bryant Parenting

The same as helicopter parenting. When parents micromanage their childrens' lives.

Etymology: Kobe Bryant and his daughter died in a helicopter crash.
My mom keeps Kobe Bryant parenting me! She took my computer away because I played video games last night instead of doing my homework. Now she keeps checking in on me every 10 minutes to make sure I submit my assignments on time.
